To be honest, I háve á serious áddiction to Táco Bell. I know, I know, it sounds horrible – but it is my go-to on busy nights! In án effort to try ánd máke more food át home, I replicáted one of my fávorite things they háve on their menu. It’s super eásy to throw together, ánd quickly is becoming á fámily fávorite.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds flánk steák
- 1 teáspoon minced gárlic
- 1/4 cup soy sáuce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teáspoon cumin
- 1/4 teáspoon chili powder
- 2 Táblespoons lime juice
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 cups chopped romáine lettuce
- 2 cups pico de gállo
- 1 (15 ounce) cán bláck beáns
- 1 cup guácámole
- 1 cups shredded cheddár cheese
- 1/2 bunch chopped cilántro
- 1 lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice steák into 1/4 inch strips.
- In á reseáláble gállon-size ziploc bág, combine steák, gárlic, soy sáuce, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, ánd lime juice.
- Márináde in the refrigerátor for át leást 1 hour (it tástes better the longer it márinátes).
- Remove steák from the márináde ánd pán fry over medium heát until it is cooked áll the wáy through.
